INTRODUCTION
The donation of food to the SVP Foodbank is an essential way which the community can help us deliver support to those in need. We are always very luck and grateful for the support and generosity of Islanders for opening their cupboards, shopping bags and online ordering to provide the items which we need to keep operating.

During the year we run a number of special initiatives to focus on particular needs of our clients or to provide a little seasonal cheer.
URGENT DONATION REQUIREMENTS
The following items are urgently required:

GLUTEN FREE - Gluten Free versions of our normal donation requirements
ROUTINE DONATION REQUIREMENTS
The SVP Foodbank maintains a core stock of the following items:
TINNED SOUP - Tomato, Vegetable, Chicken, Mushroom, Pea & Ham, Carrot & Coriander.
TINNED MEAT - Hotdogs, Spam/Ham, Corned Beef, Meatballs, Mince.
TINNED FISH - Tuna, Sardines (in Tomato Sauce, Sunflower Oil, Brine or Spring Water)
TINNED VEGETABLES - Sweetcorn, Peas & Carrots, Potatoes, Tomato, Mixed Vegetables.
TINNED FRUIT (in Juice ONLY) - Peach, Fruit Cocktail, Pear, Pineapple, Grapefruit.
TINNED BEANS - Baked Beans, Lentils, Kidney Beans, Chickpeas
DRY PASTA - Spaghetti, Penne Pasta, King Size Pot Noodle
RICE - Long Grain Rice, Basmati Rice.
PASTA SAUCES - Plain Tomato, Tomato & Basil, Tomato & Garlic.
BISCUITS - Rich Tea, Bourbon, Custard Creams, Ginger, Digestives.
DRINKS - Tea (80 Bags max), Coffee (100g), Hot Chocolate.
JAM - Strawberry, Raspberry, Marmalade.
SUGAR - 1kg Granulated Sugar.
CEREALS - Cornflakes, Weetabix, Porridge Oats.
OTHER ITEMS - Tinned Rice Pudding, Tinned Custard, Baked Beans with Mini Sausages, Tinned Ravioli.
HYGIENE PRODUCTS - 2in1 Shampoo and Conditioner, Toothpaste, Shower Gel, Shaving Cream, Disposable Razors, Mouthwash, Antiperspirant.
